When I first started Year of Yes!, I was struggling with a sense of stagnation in my life despite trying various conventional treatments. From the very first session, I sensed a significant shift in my energy and overall well-being.

It is said that when the student is ready, the right teacher does appear. This statement is true for me in so many ways.

I met Alia about 2 years ago when I was in a very dark stage of my life. I have done a couple of courses with her and the skills and techniques that I have learnt from her over time have helped me navigate this stage of my life with much more ease.

To be honest, out of all the courses that I have taken with Alia: “The Year of Yes” has got to be the icing on the cake!

I was very impatient and kept pestering Alia from the first session to help me figure out what my purpose in this life is…. and all she did was smile and asked me to trust the process.

Hard as it was for me to do, I did trust the process and a couple of months later I feel like a whole new person.

The course was very insightful, transformational, and full of eureka moments for me. To summarize, the following have been the main highlights for me:

• I have also learnt to totally trust and surrender my needs to the universe and this has already started bearing fruits

I came to Alia’s Year of Yes course feeling stuck and anxious and fearful. Initially, I felt overwhelmed with feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and a lack control over my direction or destiny. Upon completing the course, I emerged more grounded and assertive in both my professional and personal life. I gained control over my life’s direction, free from the previous fear and anxiety. With a clear vision and a strategy for achieving my goals, I now feel empowered. My sessions with Alia were transformational and have profoundly impacted my life.
