What it looks like... During a Spinal Energetics session, I use light yet powerful touch to activate an organic flow of movement in you, unwinding physical tension, stress, and emotional or spiritual patterns. This modality aims to identify and release blockages in the spine and surrounding energy channels, leading to physical, mental, and emotional balance. It interacts with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field, harnessing the client's innate wisdom to facilitate self-healing.
