We are living through one of the most trying times, and many of us are struggling to cope. Like many, I’ve found myself spiraling through anxiety and uncertainty.
Worrying doesn’t help, so I invite you to adopt a weekly practice of “Tuning Inwards.” This practice creates a sacred space within you, free from worry and anxiety, allowing you to access inner peace and calm. Each week, set aside a few minutes to engage with the following prompts.
Practicing Gratitude
Gratitude can transform our mindset. It helps us focus on the present and the positive, releasing attachments to the future and negative thoughts.
This week, take time to reflect or write about what you are thankful for: the morning sunshine, breakfast, your family, your home, or anything that brings you joy.
Shift your perspective on things you may not be grateful for. For example, instead of saying, “I can’t work from home any longer,” consider the opportunities it offers to catch up on tasks you’ve been postponing.
This change in outlook can lead to subtle yet positive shifts in various areas of your life. Start with one aspect and watch how the magic of gratitude unfolds.
