The Butterfly Effect

“It used to be thought that the events that changed the world were things like big bombs, maniac politicians, huge earthquakes, or vast population movements, but it has now been realized that this is a very old-fashioned view held by people totally out of touch with modern thought. The things that really change the world, according to Chaos theory, are the tiny things. A butterfly flaps its wings in the Amazonian jungle, and subsequently a storm ravages half of Europe.”

― Neil Gaiman, Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch

The butterfly effect, based on the Chaos Theory, states that tiny things can change the world at large. The concept came about by imagining that a butterfly flapping its tiny wings in one part of the world can create a typhoon in another.

Energy Healing is follows much of this concept. Small shifts in YOUR habits, energy, thinking, and mindset can lead to a great change in your life and ultimately, the rest of the world.

Our world is made of energy, and we are co-creators in this energy vortex. Every thought that we have is sent out into the multiverse and manifested somewhere.  And that is why you are told to watch your thoughts, because everything is connected through the vibration of energy.

Think about how you landed on my post (ignore the algoritham). So many factors could have played a part in you being here today: an extra couple of seconds in bed, drinking the extra cup of coffee in the morning, or even the traffic jam you met on your way to work this morning. You are here because of these small changes in your normal routine.

And perhaps, this will influence you to start the butterfly effect in your own life. A small shift in your perspective today could serve as a catalyst that act as starting points for bigger shifts in your life.

What are you Changing today?
