LOOKING AT LIFE THROUGH THE SACRED LENSE:  SACRED GEOMETRY PART 3

If you “dream within a dream,” and inside this dream you awaken to unconditional love, which is the origin of all things in and beyond this world, you may find yourself in an infinite spiral with no beginning and no end called eternal life.

One of the most beautiful forms of Sacred Geometry is the Fibonacci sequence. The Fibonacci sequence string is a string of numbers in which each number is obtained from the sum of the previous two in the string. For example, the first ten numbers of the Fibonacci sequence are 1,1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, and so on.

The Fibonacci sequence is often referred to as the metaphysical explanations of the codes in our universe. The Fibonacci numbers are considered to be, as mentioned in the previous article, natures counting blocks, and can be found all over nature starting from the arrangement of the leaves, to the petals of a flower,  to the walls of the Pyramids.

The arrangement of rose petals and seeds in a seed bed, demonstrates the existence of a sphere of consciousness of harmony and beauty existing throughout the universe.

One can even see this sequence occurs in the arrangement of tree branches. (Notice how the trunk always branches out into two, and then three, following the sequence).

If you measure the length of the bones of the fingers, it seems that the ratio between the longest and the middle bone as well as the ratio between the middle bone and the shortest peak also follows the Fibonacci sequence:  on average, the phalanges are: 2 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm, and the palm bone is about 8 cm. Have you looked at your face? Ask any artist and they will tell you that the distance between the eyes and the nose and the distance between the mouth and the eye, also follow this sequence.

The fact that the golden spiral shows up in many growth patterns of plants, animals and even whole galaxies makes us wonder if this unique shape is not indeed the pattern of life.
